About the session

During the session, you will lie comfortably on a mat while we play Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles and other carefully chosen instruments.

There is nothing you need to perform or achieve, simply settle into a comfortable position and allow yourself time to listen, rest and be present with the sounds around you.

Each person experiences a sound bath differently, and there is no right or wrong way to take part.

We look forward to welcoming you, Melinda & Agota ❤
