Sound bath, London 13 June 2026
** This event is open for female participants only. **
In old English folklore, elderflower and the elder tree were connected to one of the strongest feminine archetypes, often linked to the spirit of the “Elder Mother” or “Elder Tree Mother”. Elder was seen as a protective and cleansing plant, helping with transition, renewal, and inner transformations.
This special session invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through soothing sound and a gentle cup of elderflower tea.
Join us for a gentle Elderflower Sound Bath in Tower Hill, London, inspired by the soft, cleansing energy of elderflower and the calming power of sound.
The sound bath is an experience where there is nothing you need to do, just simply lie down on a mat, cover yourself with a blanket, and allow the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and other special instruments to work on you.
The gentle sounds naturally support the body and nervous system by:
• slowing down the breath
• releasing muscle tension
• helping you arrive fully in the present moment
• allowing suppressed emotions to soften and release
• creating a state of awareness similar to meditation
• after a sound bath, many people feel refreshed, energised, and more creative
